Seperti cerita yang di novel, versi film ini menceritakan kehidupan Hanum ketika mengikuti uaminya mengambil doctoral di Wina Austria. Kejenuhan yang dirasakan selama di rumah terhapus sejak Hanum mengenal Fatma di kelas kursus Bahasa Jerman. Setiap pulang kursus Fatma akan mengajak Hanum jalan-jalan berkeliling Wina untuk mengunjungi tempat-tempat bersejarah Islam atau pun tempat-tempat indah lainnya. Dan cerita pun mirip dengan novelnya, silakan baca sendiri ya ^^.

Ternyata film ini dibuat dalam dua bagian. Yang sedang tayang sekarang adalah part satu. Part dua entah kapan tayang. Yang jelas tahun depan lah ya. Dibuat dua bagian agar menjaga keaslian cerita sesuai novel, begitu katanya.

Dan…film ini termasuk film yang tidak membuat ku kecewa jika dibanding dengan novelnya. Hampir semua detil mirip dengan yang ada di novel. Namun ada keharuan yang lebih terasa di film daripada saat membaca novelnya. Yaitu saat Hanum tahu kalau ternyata Ayse, anak dari Fatma, ternyata mengidap kanker. Narasi dan adegan yang diperlihatkan membuat teman sebelah sampai menangis. Dan kembali aku pun bertanya, “ngapain kamu nangis?”. Kekeke.

Oiya, sejak awal nungguin kok Fatin gak muncul-muncul ya. Ternyata muncul di menit agak akhir dan…………mungkin tidak lebih dari satu menit saja. Kekeke. Namanya juga special appearance.

Film pun diakhiri dengan cuplikan adegan untuk part duanya. Hmm….harus nonton ni part duanya. Jalan-jalan ke Cordoba euy…
